TLDR Version (short version)

Our website uses Cookies in order to remember things like which pages visited and what’s in your shopping basket. Without cookies, most website wouldn’t work properly – but if you don’t want cookies used you can turn them off inside your own web browser, or ‘clear your cookies’ (empty your browsers cache) after visiting our site.

Our website also uses Web Analytics (like Google Analytics) to keep track of how many visitors we’re receiving and other general website statistics.  This is a standard practice used by most websites and none of your personal information (like name, email address or physical address) is able to be viewed or captured/stored.

We collect information from you when you sign up for something (by specifically providing us with your email address), or if you create an account or place an order.  Any information you provide is stored securely in our database, and any passwords are encrypted.  WE DO NOT store your payment details in our database or on our server.

If you’re on our mailing list you can unsubscribe at anytime (click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from us).  You can view the information we have stored about you at anytime you by logging into your account and reviewing your details.  You can also ask us to delete your account (remove your data from our database) at anytime if you so wish (just email us and ask).

Your information is safe with us.  We will not sell/share your information with any third party (other than law enforcement agencies if compelled to do so).


 

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you place an order.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What do we use your information for?

You can choose to unsubscribe at anytime if you wish to no longer hear from us.

Your right to be forgotten

When you create an account, place an order or subscribe to our mailing list, you have the right to be forgotten (unsubscribe) at anytime. This process is automated and very simple. If you no longer wish to receive any emails from us, just click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email you have received from us.  You will be unsubscribed instantly.

If you have created an account on our website and you would like it permanently removed, simply ask us to delete your account (use the contact us page or send us an email) stating you would like your account deleted and provide us with the email address you used to signup – we will then email that address and request confirmation to delete the account. Once received, your account will be deleted within 48 hours.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain pieces of information.

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Data protection / Data breaches

Any information you give us is stored securely in our database on our server. We NEVER store your payment details, and user passwords are always stored encrypted.  If a data breach was to occur on our server, you will be notified by email within 72 hours and you can rest assured no payment details were taken and all passwords were encrypted.
