We monitor our website traffic, orders and emails many times each day - even on weekends. We aim to reply to all emails within 48hrs. If you do not receive an email reply from us within 48hrs, please make sure your email program isn't blocking our emails by treating them as junk mail or spam. You may need to add our email address to your contact list - especially if you have a Hotmail or AOL email address. If contacting us a second time, please include an alternative email address we can reach you on, in case there's a fault when we try to email you. Sometimes this does happen, and gives you the impression we're not replying when we are!
Remember, we cannot discuss the method behind any of our systems, and please do not offer us your systems as we only sell our own systems.
